Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplementation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

In case your vitamin D levels are low, you need:
* More exposure to the sun.
* Inj Arachitol 3 lakh Units once monthly intramuscular for three consecutive months.
* Calcium along with Vitamin D orally might need supplementation.

I would need to know the specifics of how Vitamin B-12 was found to be low. Further workup might be required in order to diagnose whether Vitamin B-12 is deficient or whether the receptors required for its absorption (Castle's intrinsic factor) are. Based on the findings further intervention would ensue.

Brief Answer:
Supplementation is all you need.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying.
Vitamin D supplementation in the ways mentioned should help.
Vitamin B-12 is mostly available only in animal foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in some nutritional yeasts, as well as from fortified cereals and soy milk. Vegans need to take a vitamin-B supplement daily. Vitamin B complex capsules would contain enough of Vitamin B-12.
These methods should suffice. You cannot bring the levels to normal any faster.

Thanks Dr. for replying.

As I was not aware of whether it is genuine or not, so I did not mention the medicines prescribed for me by my Dr.

Liv52 8AM and 3PM
ME12 OD 3PM
CCM 9PM

and one thyroid empty stomach.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Be sure to take the doses of Arachitol.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back again.

I would discourage use of Liv 52 as unlike popular belief there is no proof that it actually works. It would only increase the metabolic load on the liver.
Continue to take ME-12 and CCM but be sure to take the doses of Arachitol as mentioned earlier.
