Brief Answer:
Mixed infection

Detailed Answer:
HI
GREETINGS
I HOPE YOU WERE ON ANTI FUNGAL ointments and tablets including vaginal pessaries.
If there is no relief after taking for 3 weeks, suggest you for a gynaec check up esply a speculam examination along with ultrasound scan.
If you are married, your partner will also need treatment simultaneously to prevent recurrence of infection.. some times there can be a mixed bacterial infection and you may need antibiotics .
Hope my answer helps you.
regards
