Brief Answer:
Apply some antibiotic ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
From the history given it seems that your foreskin is torn following the sexual act.
Assuming that there is no bleeding you may apply antibiotic creams such as Neosporin or Mupirocin twice daily and take Multivitamins with zinc supplementation which will promote healing. Besides you must abstain from sex for 7-10 days. In spite of this if the wound does not heal you should consut a general surgeon for circumcision (surgical removal of fore skin) that will solve your problem
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful to you.
Take care.

Thanks a lot Doctor for your suggestions.

I started using Mupirocin ointment and Multi-vitamin Zinc Supplement. Kindly suggest, for how many days i should under-go this medication.

There is no bleeding as such. But, sometimes its paining when the bottom of penis foreskin is touches the cloth.

Apart from this, i'm having stomachache. I consulted the General Medicine Doctor yesterday and he suggested to take some medicines. Now i'm feeling little better on this. My query is, is this stomachache is due to the Penis foreskin cut and will there be any other problems i do see moving forward apart from the Penis foreskin pain? And will this Penis foreskin cut happens for everyone whoever involved in Sex or only for few people. Kindly answer.

Brief Answer:
Stomachache is not due the foreskin wound.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Matta, Hi, welcome back to HCM
Thanks for your reply and the compliments.

1. The stomachache does not appear to be due to cut wound on the foreskin.
2. Use the ointment for at least 7-10 days for proper healing and prevention of infection.
3. This problem does not occur commonly in those who have sex.

Hope I could answer your query.
Best regards.
