Brief Answer:
More details required to reach a proper diagnosis and treatment planning

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
First of all thanks for approaching Healthcare magic for your query. I read through your query. I must say that nothing to be worried in this case. According to the symptoms you told we cant reach a proper diagnosis. We need some more details like a image of your paining teeth, type of pain etc. I suggest if you can send those details we can give more precise diagnosis. Treatment planning can be given more precisely. Regarding colgate pain gel it is a good toothpaste and pain can be relieved for sometime. It wont cure the pain lifelong as the cause of pain must be removed. In dentistry we follow a rule first treat the cause symptoms will subside automatically. Same applies here. Hope you understood what I meant to say. So I suggest you to please send the details as early as possible so that we can help to solve your problem. Have a healthy day.
