Question: Hi,
I need some advise. Please
I have a swollen throat. . Hard to swallow. Hard to talk .
. i have just taken an anti inflammatory tablet . I think it's stuck in my throat. Any dangers. I can still breath normal . I will be heading to the doctors in 5hours . Is that to long or go to the hospital now.

I am so sorry to hear about swollen throat. 5hours is good enough to still get to the doctor without any difficulties. even if the tablet was stuck in the throat, the greatest threat would have been right now. As times goes on, it will eventually dissolve if it did get stuck and make the risk even lesser. Continue to drink as much fluids as possible until you meet your doctor.
