Suggest Remedies For Swelling In The Vagina

Question: Not really sure how to describe, but I have swelling on my right side outside of my vagina. I have a sexual partner that can get little rough or intense. After our last encounter, I notice pain on right inner thigh and swelling. The following day the swelling and pain had spread upward and over my pubic bone. A girlfriend told me she had encounter a similar situation and she had iced the area. I took to icing which has helped tremendously, but I still have pain on my right in the immediate area. Sitting for long periods of time really hurts. Not sure what to do as I currently do not have health insurance.
