Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxx,
Thanks for posting your query,
If you have been prescribed with T. Ciplox TZ, seems to me that you have been suffering from bacterial infection.
If you have just started your course of antibiotics, then ideally your symptoms should subside within 3-5 days.
Meanwhile, consume healthy food rice in fiber and drink only boiled water. Also take foods that are bland and less fatty, oily and spicy.
Hope I have answered to your query,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards

Hi again,
Thanks for the follow up,
Since you will be travelling abroad in the near future, I would suggest you to do the following:
- You can take T. SPORLAC twice daily for 5 days, which is similar to enterogermina, acts as a probiotic and soothens the upset stomach. You can carry this along with you when you travel.
- I would not suggest you repeating another course of antibiotics, if in case of upset stomach, unless you have profound symptoms of infection like fever, loose stools, abdominal pain, vomiting.
- I would also suggest you taking Cap. PAN-D once daily half an hour for 2 weeks, as this will also help in gastric disturbances.
I hope I have answered to your query,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Wishing you a safe journey,
Regards
