Brief Answer:
sore throat

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It depends on the cause of the sore throat. The throat needs to be examined. If its just inflammation with no exudates, pus coated tonsils then a bacterial infection is unlikely and antibiotics would not be required.

Plenty of fluids, saline gargles, antihistamines like loratidine and analgesics such as Tylenol is all that would be needed. If there is associated cough, rhinitis or cold then they should also be treated with cough suppressants, steam inhalation and nasal corticosteroids acting locally.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
