Brief Answer:
Need only symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know few additional information like
Is there any associated headache, history of sinusitis, allergy?
Your age?

Most of the time this symptoms are caused by viruses and only require symptomatic treatment.
I would suggest you to take tablet ricofast plus thrice daily for three days.
Warm salt water gargling two to three day.
Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times a day.
Drink plenty of water, especially warm water.
In the mornings one teaspoon of honey with a glass of warm water will be good.
Nasal decongestant like xylometazoline. If there is nasal congestion.
You can suck lozenge like strepsil or cofsil few times a day.
Kindly avoid air conditioned room for few days. Avoid cold food like ice cream .
Follow this measures, you should be fine.
Hope this helps
Take care
