Brief Answer:
A photo and following information are required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
Before running into final conclusion, I need to have a few more details regarding your actual health problems:
- can you send a photo to me?
- since when you started to get the symptoms?
- any work outdoors recently?
- any recent contact with a new detergent? cream? other chemicals?
- any new drug tried recently?
- any previous history of eczema? fungal infection of the skin?
- what have you tried so far?
I need to analyze all these data to determine whether it's allergy? eczema or fungal infection of the skin?
Thank you.

1. I've had a problem with the skin peeling on my finger tips for about ten years. But, not to the extent it has become. My feet are also losing skin.
2. I have a flower garden and always wear gardening gloves.
3. I changed to Tide Clear after using Original Tide. Out side influences do not seem to effect this.
4. I've been on the same meds for ten years. Lisciopril, atenonol, pravastatin. Nexium.
5. One year ago the same condition appeared. Peeling hands and feet. I saw a foot Dr. about an in grown toenail. He put me on Bratrim. Condition left me. So I thought I had found a cure. I took two weeks of Bactim and no help with this past outbreak.
6. I saw a Dr. at Mayo clinic in XXXXXXX He prescribed a mixture the pharmacy mixed:clobet.05,SA6%,LCD10%. Clobetasol Proprionate has been tried. Vannicream. Nothing stops the peeling and little sores on the fingertips. The itching is horrible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
Sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload.
It would be great if I had a photo if the peeling fingers. I wanted to see myself if there is pus or any infection sign.
After reviewing your case, I advise as following:
- stop using the new type of detergent Tide clear you started recently
- apart clobetasole, I advise to start taking a combination cream with antibiotic and antifungal (e.g. Nystatin+ neomycin+ clobetasole)
If no improvement, prescription oral meds should be used (e.g. antifungals and antibiotics)
Hope this helps.
