Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern but loss of 100-150 hair per day is normal.
Hair loss is common 3-4 months after delivery but it normally subsides in 6-8 months.
In few patients it is progressive and takes a little longer to settle.
For how long are you using minoxidil and the hair serum?
What is your haemoglobin level?
Is your thyroid function tests normal as anemia and thyroid disorders are common causes of hair loss in women apart from child birth.
Kindly revert back with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Take hair supplements, vitamin D supplement, continue minoxidil & serum
Detailed Answer:
Your vitamin D levels are low.
Rest all the tests are normal.
Start with Vitamin D capsule 60000 units once weekly for 8 weeks followed by once a month for 6 months.
Also take hair supplements like tablet adgain once daily or tablet follihair once daily.
You need to continue these for atleast 3-4 months.
Meanwhile you can continue with minoxidil lotion and the hair serum.
Don't worry as sometimes it takes time to settle after child birth.
