Brief Answer:
A step by step approach to diagnosis must be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. There are a few broad possibilities to consider. The first is cervical spondylosis which could give rise to such a presentation. An X Ray of the cervical spine (AP and lateral) would help in diagnosing it. The next possibility is vertigo due to problems related to the inner ear or cerebellum. If that is the case, vestibulocochlear stabilizing agents like cinnarizine or betahistine (prescription medicines) should provide relief. The third possibility is cardiac problems where the heart is not able to pump blood adequately to the brain. You therefore need a thorough clinical examination. Treatment will depend upon the underlying cause. As of now drink plenty of water and fluids

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
