Question: SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE MY HEAD ROLLING AND EYES CROSSED. THIS EPISODE LASTS FOR FEW SECONDS BUT HAPPENS AT LEAST ONCE IN A DAY. AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE CAUSE EVEN AFTER TALKING TO NO. OF DOCTORS AND UNDERGOING VARIOUS TESTS. KINDLY HELP ME IF POSSIBLE.

The third possibility is cardiac problems where the heart is not able to pump blood adequately to the brain. You therefore need a thorough clinical examination. Treatment will depend upon the underlying cause. As of now drink plenty of water and fluids
