Brief Answer:
Tab.Omeprazole with Tab.Gas-X and some dietary precautions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and understand the concern.

Bloating of stomach and burning is likely related to dyspepsia or because of acute gastritis or gastric reflux.

Since you are taking probiotics without much relief, I would suggest you to try for some dietary changes first and to take some over the counter symptomatic medications.
Only probiotics are not going to help you much.

You may wait for 3 to 5 days to get some relief from all these symptoms.

1) Take over the counter antacids tablets like Tab.Omeprazole with Tab.Gas-X twice daily to get relief from the symptoms of bloating and heart burn.

If you have acid reflux problem then you should also add prokinetic drug like levosulpiride 75 mg twice daily.Since it is a prescription drug, your GP or some local doctor may prescribe it.

2) Take syrup digene 2 TSF three times a day which will also be helpful.

3) Avoid hot, oily and spicy foods.

5) Avoid eating full stomach one at a time, instead take small meals frequently.

6) Take only soft diet for initial few days.

7) Avoid complex carbohydrates like beans, potato and carbonated beverages and milk based products which are hard to digest and they also cause more gas formation.

8) Drink plenty of water and fruit juices the day.

9) Digestive enzymes (like Unienzyme 2 times daily ) available over the counter which will also be helpful in the digestion of carbohydrates and minimize the gas production.

10) Avoid talking which eating, as doing so may also cause further gas formation.

With above symptomatic treatment and dietary precautions, you should wait to see some improvement for at least 3 to 5 days.

But in case if problem persists longer even after above precautions, then I will advise to see gastro-physician who can order various tests (like routine blood works, abdominal ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy) which may enable us to come to a particular diagnosis.

Hope this detailed explanation will be helpful.
