Question: Hi,
From past 2 years, I am getting back pain as I sit almost 9 hours at my desk for my work. Kindly provide some solution to avoid back pain. It effects my work.

Most people develop occupation related back aches from prolonged seated jobs. It is important to practice good work place ergonomics. This is the key to treating occupation related back aches. The below link lists a few important ergonomic practices to be followed at work.

Besides this, it would also be worthwhile to consult an orthopedician. You may need a few blood investigations to check hemoglobin, calcium, vitamin D level besides radiological tests of spine.
