Brief Answer:
Life style and dietary changes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You mentioned 'high disystolic pressure'. Did you misspell it or are you referring to high diastolic blood pressure?

The heart burn, discomfort and 'gas coming out from mouth' are all part of the same condition - dyspepsia and acid reflux. It should ease with a course of proton pump inhibitor (pantocid DSR) given for 2-3 weeks. Besides the medication you need to follow strict diet and life style measures as suggested below:

1. Avoid spicy food; caffeinated drinks, chocolates and beverages.
2. Be regular with meals and never skip meals.
3. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any.
4. Start physical exercise and maintain weight within normal limits. It helps to lose weight if you are over weight.
5. Prefer small and frequent meals to large full meals.
6. Stay hydrated.
7. Never hit the bed immediately after dinner. Make sure you go to bed atleast an hour or two after dinner.
8. Sleep under couple of pillows. If necessary you can elevate the head end of the cot using blocks.

These changes should help ease your symptoms. If they persist despite these measures, I will recommend a gastrenterologist and general surgeon opinion.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
