Brief Answer:
Look like fat deposition

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX,
thanks for sharing your problems.
I see your pictures which are well defined saggy skin in lower abdomen which is due to fat deposition & less rectus abdominis muscle tone. It's may be due to hereditary, weight gain.

Please not that Your BMI as per the description is around 25.2 (which is marginally in over weight range).

Nothing to worry about problem.

Please consider the following advises:
1. Abdominal exercise daily(for increase abdominal muscle tone).
2. Regular walking and running at least 30 -45 minutes for weight reduction.
3. Avoid high fat diet and drink plenty of waters
4. Avoid stress and also do regular yoga.

Feel free to ask further questions.
Hope this will help you

Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear XXXX,
Welcome back and happy to see you again.
Sorry for delay reply.

Less rectus abdominis muscle tone means weakness of the lower abdominal muscle. Lower muscle tone can be occur due to the excessive accumulation of the subcutaneous tissue.
Hereditary means genetic factor is responsible for problem.
Do not be frustrated. it is not a major health issue.
Continue your abdominal exercise regularly and loose your weight around 5-6 kg.
Exact assessment of muscle should done by the clinical examination only.
For that I would suggest to consult the plastic surgeon later on.
Hope I have answered your questions.
Feel free to ask questions and good luck.

Thank you and best regards
Dr. Sagar

Dear Sir,
Thanks Again but i have couple doubts more so will you not mind to clear them.
Let me inform you about that when i was 64 kg a year before the problem was still there.
Why the accumulation of subcutaneous tissue occurred? Is it due to some kind of hormonal problem or insulin problem ? Is it related to testosterone though i don't have any major health related issue so i haven't evaluated the testosterone yet.
If it is genetic then what should be done ?
You have mentioned to consult plastic surgeon which means are you trying tell me about any cosmetic surgery in that case what would be generally done and how much it would be cost on an average ?
Also you have mentioned that it is not a major health issue but sir for me it is a major health issue why you said this will you not mind to explain it a bit further please?
Please explain details sir i am really really very frustrated and confused.

Thankyou
doctor

Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome back.
Happy to see you again.
Accumulation of subcutaneous tissue depend on many factors like,
1. Genetic background
2. Hormonal factor: Insulin resistance, low thyroid hormone, increased cortisol and adrenaline, low testosterone and glucose imbalance.
3. Stressful life: Stress lead to increase in cortisol and adrenaline.
So you should evaluate above hormone levels.
Your problem should be treated by following methods:
1. Non surgical method:
- anti-cellulite cream that contain caffeine, sea butter and paraben.
- Laser treatment with massage and rolling
2. Cosmetic reconstructive surgery:
It should be done after proper assessment by plastic surgeon.
In this surgery, excess fat & skin is removed and muscle fascia is tighten.

Cost of surgery depends on the surgeon's practice and experience and it is varies.(starting from fifty thousands).

In absence of any hormonal imbalance, it does not cause any complication.
You need above treatment by consulting plastic surgeon as you have lot of stress. If you more stressed then situation become worse.
So be calm and consult the plastic surgeon for proper treatment.
Hope I have answered your questions.
Fell free to ask any query.
Thanks and best regards
Dr. Sagar

You can also analyze you hormone and blood tests at any NABL laboratory.
Yo can analyze following tets:
Fasting blood sugar, serum testosterone, serum thyroid hormone (TSH,TT4,TT3), serum insulin and serum cortisol.
Cellulite most common in women but also occur in men.
Not only testosterone cause problem. Multiple factor responsible for development of cellulite. Hormonal imbalance is best treated by DM endocrinologist.
You can use nivea or VLCC anticellulite cream.
In Laser treatment specific light wavelength is used that destroy lipid containing cell. In vacuum rolling therapy, roller exert pressure on the skin &subcutaneous tissue and suction draws a fold of skin and fat into the vacuum space. Combination therapy destroy the fat cells. You can get this type of service by consulting plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
You should try the abdominal exercise for 8-10 months. If problem will not responds to exercise then you consult the plastic surgeon.

Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions.
I do continue with my exercise regime and diet for lets say about 8 to 9 month and i also get my hormone level evaluated because i do think it is the clear case of hormonal imbalance because my elder brother don't have the problem which i am experiencing.
So i do think genetic factors can be ruled out by this its my opinion sir as i dont have much knowledge about medical science as we don't have inherit the same set of genes each time it may be get crossovered no two person are alike except identical twins which is why i do think genetic factor would be a lesser determinant in my case final suggestion of your's needed in this case.

What is best time to use anti cellulite cream is it safe to use ?
I am a bit confused here what is difference between subcutaneous tissue and cellulite as far as my knowledge is concerned it is being occurred in women is it not uncommon that myself being a men having cellulite have you ever seen any male patient of yours who are having cellulite problems or the problems like mine.
