Brief Answer:
Continue with Levofloxacine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Woman may have often and easy UTI-s because their urethra is short and wider than that of a man...so this is one of the main causes.
Then other causes are not drinking plenty of fluids, wiping yourself from back to front, urinating before sexual relationship, ect.

If you have clear symptoms of UTI, then starting antibiotics as soon as possible is the best thing to do.
If not clear symptoms, then consider doing a urine analyse.

Since you have already taken a levofloxacine, then continuing with it is the first choice- Levofloxacine 250 mg orally, once daily for 3 days are the recommended dose and duration of the infection is not complicated with fever, proteins in the urine, back pain, ect.

Drink plenty of water.
Wipe yourself from front to back.
Urinate always after sexual relationship.
Consider doing a urine analyse if not better after 3 days so you make sure that the infection is totally gone.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
