Brief Answer:
Lichen nitidus or a sunlight induced eruption

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.Kakkar(Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.

I can see dry, pin head sized bumps on back of hand. They seem to be those of lichen nitidus or an eruption due to sunlight(polymorphic light eruption).

If i was the treating doctor i would suggest you to protect the affected area from sun Or use a sunscreen throughout the day. In addition you must also use a topical potent steroid cream i.e Clobetasol propionate 0.05%cream e.g Tenovate cream at night.

If the rashes are very itchy you may as well take a tablet of Cetrizine 10 mg daily

Regards
