Question: Hello Doctor,

Hope you are in the pink of health!

I have a peculiar condition..my hands and feet sweat a lot.. it is not dependent on the weather or the environmental conditions..

could you suggest some medicines?

Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic.I can understand your concern.

In my opinion you are having palmoplantar hyperhydrosis.

Anxious personality,larger sweat duct pores etc.are common cause for this condition.

Tooical aluminum chlorhydrate lotion which is an effective antiperspirant works well for this condition.

It is available with brand name aldry.Apply it at night after washing hands.Use it daily basis for a week and on twice weekly thereafter.

If there is no response ,then you may need botox injection for which you may need to consult a dermatologist.
