Question: Hi
Im 76 year old male with high blood pressure
I'm concerned about my lack of fitness
The slightest bit of exertion leaves me totally breathless and sweating profusely, I have to sit down for a couple of hours afterwards
Today i tried to hoover sitting room , I thought I was going to pass out it took that much out of me and I have had to change my shirt as I'm sweating so much ..
Any ideas please ?

With the history of hypertension and an aortic aneurysm, I will recommend that we evaluate the cardiac function. We will need to do a cardiac ultrasound to get this well documented. In all, get a cardiac ultrasound to evaluate the activity of the heart.
