Question: I am a 70 YO male whom is somewhat sexually active. When I become sexually stimulated, even just thinking about a lady, and do not have an errection, I will have a slight discharge from my penis. My urologist said it was not seamen, but if I am having foreplay with a lady and am very excited and have a full on errection I may ejactulate, which of course ruins the entire moment. What can I do?
