Question: suffering from mirgrain and headache from last 4 years.. also in stress. pl suggest some measures to cure this

Which Side - Right, Left or Both Sides, - Sometimes left , sometimes right but mostly on right side

Which Time of the day it is more - in evening.
Any specific Triggering factors - atrandom pain in head
Any Specific Relieving factors - after pressing my head for long.

Is that associated with Nausea and / or vomiting - no

Have you done any test - did MRI/citi scan 3 years back but has no findings.
Have you taken any treatment - taking medicine - topigal 50mg from last 4 years on daily basis as adviced by doctor . he told that I am suffering from migrain

Migraine Headache : Can be Treated with Sumatriptan

From what you have said, it appears that you are having migraine
This can be managed conservatively with Tablets like Sumatriptan / Naproxen / Riboflavin or other drugs. These are prescription only medicines. Your family physician or neurologist will know about these drugs.
