Brief Answer:
May I ask if it is a pimple like structure (abscess within) for sure?

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes it is sir, but for the time being this is what I have to suggest:

+Apply a warm compress to the region several times a day (with as much proximity as possible considering it may be difficult to reach, but do try)
+Take warm water sitz baths with epsom salt in it; the heat from the water will increase blood circulation in the region and cause either resolution or cause it to pop naturally over time; this will help drain the region
+Apply a topical antibiotic ointment (e.g. metronidazole)

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
