Brief Answer:
possible overuse injury

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. Now a days overuse injuries of forearm whether due to nerve entrapment, tendinoses (tennis elbow), is best managed by following PRICEMM protocol which is as follow:

i. P (protection): consult with an Orthopedic/ Chiropractic/Physiotherapist as how to protect the injured area with suitable equipment

ii. R (rest): doesn't mean that there should be complete cessation of physical activity rather it means that there should be modified activity or relative rest (which does not aggaravate injury)

iii. I (ice): application of ice will help relieve pain/swelling

iv. E (elevation): will prevent pooling of blood around the injury and thus will decrease inflammation/pain/swelling

v. M (medicine): since you have already been told about best painkillers thus some of the natural methods to overcome your issue(s) are:

. Turmeric: is considered to be natural steroid thus can take with water
. Take calcium,magnesium and Vitamin B12 & vitamin C
. cut one lemon into 2 halves, warm it in sauce pan and foment the area twice daily
. mix rock salt in castor oil, rub on affected area. After this put hot water bag or warm cloth on it.

vi. M(modalities): If still pain persist check with a qualified orthopedic surgeon or physiotherapist for further necessary examination & investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. Injury does not mean something caused physically or due to trauma but this term is also used to denote soft tissue inflammation (due to repetitive Stress) thus
take:

i. Pain free capsule: 1 cspsule twice daily and apply
ii. Roust oil for local application
iii. Capsule restorage: 1 daily

PS. If interested I can courier you the said
medicine on discounted rate

2. In the mean time do not go for heavy breathing (should be light),chest strapping can be considered
