Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/62 - having lower abdominal pain - took 2 Dulcolax thinking of constipation - lots of pressure and bloating ...
Pain, pressure and bloating can be due to intestinal infection or partial obstruction.
Dulcolax is taken only is there is an actual hard stool. It can cause enhance the symptoms due to stimulating action on enteric/intestinal nerves to cause colonic contractions. It is also a contact laxative; it increases fluid and salt secretion. Action on small intestine is negligible; stimulant laxatives mainly promote evacuation of the colon.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor or go to ER to have clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
Tests of blood, urine, stool (if possible)
All these will give the correct diagnosis and a plan of further management.

I hope, this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for further relevant questions if you feel that there is gap of communication.
