Brief Answer:
Lactase supplements are generally recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is uncommon to have constipation in persons with Lactose intolerance, while consuming milk lactose. Physicians advise to have lactose free milk in EU and take Lactase supplements like LACTAID, Dairy Ease, Lactrase.
You seem to have a uncommon constiption problem accompanied by bloating and cramps. I suggest to take LACTAID for the bloating and cramps. If you have constipation for any other reasons you should seek medical diagnosis. Duphalac is available in EU pharmacies as over the counter medication. You please speak to the pharmacist at the counter for the trade names of Duphalac in EU.
