previous month (July 19, 2016) i took medicine (Mefigest Kit) for removing pregnancy, i had bleeding within 4 days, after that it stopped, but this month i.e. August 2016, i did not have menstrual. that's why i am worried. please suggest me what to do.

i reside in XXXXXXX So i will tell you each and everything about me so from the starting when i got married in May 2014 i got pregnant in Nov. 2014 and i gave birth a baby girl on 13.06.2015. after that i got pregnant one more times but i removed that in December 2015. but in previous month i again got pregnant and i tested on UPT there i found positive, so that i took the Mifegest Kit within Two Weeks of pregnancy. After that bleeding started and stopped within 10 days. so i thought all is well. but in August i am not having menstrual so i am worried, and i did not have any ultrasound before or after bleeding. my baby is not breastfeeding. that is why i did that. please suggest me something.

Thank you for the details.
You should never take the Mifegest kit without consulting a doctor first.
Scan should be done before the pregnancy and then after taking the pills to know if the pills worked completely.
Also, you should use reliable method of birth control ( condoms, pills or Copper T ) to ensure that you do not have to undergo repeated abortions.
Right now , please consult a gynecologist and go for ultrasound scan to know what went wrong with the pills this time.
