Question: I had a cat scan and nobody told me to stop eating some food from a week ago so I ate fish shrimps and cheese I had a severe rash so I went to emergency they gave me a shot and the doctor said I'm allergic to iodine and he didn't tell me what to avoid so I ate normally and it came severe again I have Allegra medicine 120 mg and Benadryl 50mg and 4novo prednisone 50 mg

from 22 years ago I had Tylenol and I had Allergy but I take it now and I had no Allergy no Allergy history in my family and can I take Xanax0.5 and cipralix 10mg anti depression for I have no tolerance for pain and I like to sleep instead feeling pain and WHAT kind of ointment shall I have to ease the itch is canastan good

You can apply steroid cream containing mometasone on rashes to prevent itching.. Will you get this ointment over the counter?

Take combination of fexofenadine and montelukast.

I can understand your concern.
Instead of plain Allegra (fexofenadine), you should take combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast).
This will give you more relief.
Start mometasone cream on affected areas.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
Avoid oily, spicy and salty food. Take fruit juices.
In future whenever you need CT scan, don't use contrast.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
