Brief Answer:
No need to take regular medication for cholesterol

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

In your age you have low cardiovascular risk, even if you have arterial hypertension.
If you control your blood pressure and have healthy lifestyle you will still have low cardiovascular risk for the next 5 years and there will be no need for cholesterol lowering medication even if your cholesterol is high.
You can take your medication for a month, it is not harmful and there is no need for fish oil, as it already contains omega 3. Meanwhile start active lifestyle changes with low sodium and low cholesterol diet, exercise much and regulate your blood pressure and everything will be ok.

Take care

Here are my blood analysis after I quit taking this pill. I was scared and after being reassured that this are not medicines but integrator I began taking them and since two months I take them on daily basis. You think I should quit them?

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Actually there is no strict indication for omega 3, as your cardiovascular risk is not high. You can continue take it if you are too worried, but it is better to have good diet, exercise much and have lose weight if you ate overweight.
