Question: hi doctor,
my brother's hand is in very bad condition due to some iron thing hit his hand. I have attached the picture and reports. doctor says it is due to sceptic.
can you please see the pictures and report and let me know what should be treatment for this and do we need to worry about anything.

initially there was small mole type of thing then it erupted with pus.

1.Do daily dressing with mupirocin cream.
2.take tablet Linezolid 600 mg twice daily.
3.once wound is red, no pus and culture reports come negative then you can get plastic surgery of the hand.
