Brief Answer:
Regular use of antiseptic mouth gargles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and suggest you that you may use regular antiseptic mouth gargles to avoid getting follicular phyringitis.

If I were the treating doctor of you then I would like to prescribe antibiotic after throat swab culture and antibiotic sensitivity test result.

Avoid taking cold water, cold drinks and ice-cream.

For better answering send me the image of your throat or go for the oropharyngeal examination.

Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from the tonsillolith not the follicular

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up question and images; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the tonsillolith not the follicular pharyngitis.

I would like to inform that tonsillolith or tonsil stones, are clusters of calcified material that form in the crevices of the tonsils. It may produce no symptoms, or they may be associated with bad breath, or produce pain when swallowing.
Vigorous gargling with diluted hydrogen peroxide each morning can also keep the tonsil crypts clear of all.
If the condition persists even after this then better to go for the tonsillectomy.
