Ibugesic plus has Paracetamol and Ibuprofen this drug will decrease the fever but unless you treat the cause fever won't go fully.
You should tell us about the associated symptoms with fever like cough, loose stools, pain abdomen, throat pain, nasal discharge, ear pain etc.
Continue giving you ibugesic Plus and please tell us about the associated symptoms. So that appropriate diagnosis and treatment can be started.

Fever, cough, nasal discharge is commonly seen in upper respiratory tract infection, common cold, and viral fever.
Since, child has high grade fever which is not responding to paracetamol syrup I think the child might need antibiotic.
If I was your treating doctor then I would have given
Syrup cefpodoxime for 3 days
Cough syrup like chericof for 3 days
Syrup Paracetamol for fever.
However, since these are prescription medicines, I advise you to meet the local doctor For confirmation of diagnosis and dosage of drugs.
If fever do not respond to syrup Paracetamol, then Cold sponging should be done.
