1.Steroid injection can be given by orthopaedic doctor. It is best treatment for painful heel. It should be given by trained surgeon only.
2.hot water fomentation by putting your feet in bucket filled with warm water.
3.Tablet tendocare one daily.
4.Tablet Etorixoxib one daily.

Brief Answer:
Swimming is not a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have seen your images also. Injection is not a big thing as I used to give three or four injections daily in my opd. it is for those in which pain killer is not working. If you want you can take tablet for some time.
Ad you said that previously it improved with drugs and hot water fomentation only , it can be due to early stage of diease. This time if medicines does not work then you can try injections. Swimming is not a problem. When I said planter fasciitis I mean toe part only.injection will be given at most painful point.
thanks

Brief Answer:
Tendocare is not a pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Tendocare is a herbal medication and it can be taken safely for long time. It is specially effective in planter fasciitis. Also it prevents pain in other parts of the feet.
Etoricoxib is a pain killer but with very little side effect.
thanks

Brief Answer:
I do not think that it is corn

Hello,
Corn cap is not harmful so you can wear it safely. But I do not think there is any added advantage of corn cap. Wearing soft foot wear will be helpful for you.
