Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good to hear from you again,

I have read through your query,

Fatigue in our eyes can be due to the excessive amount of exposure to stress, like in your case, computer screen. Since you are already wearing eye specs, I would suggest you to do the following:

- Please get your vision checked again if not done recently

- follow the 20-20-20 rule, that is for every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This will help in developing the power of the ciliary muscles, thereby reducing the eye fatigue.

- use a glare filter over your computer screen

- washing your eyes after a gap of 3-4 hours with cold water, will help in good blood circulation.

- continue using Refresh tear drops, as it is the most safest drug available, which supplements the eye tears and is safe to use daily.

- I would also recommend you to use MURINE eye drops which is gel based, and helps in retaining moisture for long periods.

- eat foods rich in retinol (vitamin A)- chicken liver, fish liver oils, eggs, dairy products, carrots.

Hope I have answered to your query

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close and write your feedback.

Thanks and regards

Can take foods rich in vitamins A, C, E

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

Sorry for the delay in replying,,
I can certainly understand the situation,

In general, I would like to point out that Vitamins like A, C , E and minerals like zinc and copper are essential for good eyesight. Also antioxidants like beta- carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin; protect the macula (an area in the centre of the retina which helps in maximum vision) from sun damage.

You can get these anti- oxidants from foods like dark leafy greens, egg yolks, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, carrots and yellow bell peppers. It is not mandatory that you should include all these in your daily diet, but I'm sure you will be able to consume veggies that I have mentioned above.

You may consider taking any multi vitamin tablets available over the counter, though personally I wouldn't encourage that as of now.

Hope this helps

Warm regards
