Brief Answer:
Both tets are clinically normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query.

Your SGPT-55 and SGOT-46 are marginally elevated (but not high) and they do not have any clinical significance especially in the absence clinical symptoms.

All these LFTs (SGPT,SGOT) are highly sensitive liver function tests,so they get easily raised following oily or fatty meal or even few alcohol drinks.

They are NOT dangerous,so do not worry about it and possibly avoid fatty/junk/oily foods further or alcohol if you take.

You can repeat the test for SGPT and SGOT after 3 or 4 weeks on fasting blood sample and most probably they will come within normal limits.

Meanwhile, you may take tab.Udilive 300 mg twice daily which is a bile acid, a substance naturally produced by the body and does not have any side effects.

You may also take syrup LIV-52 DS 2TSF daily which is a herbal preparation having hepato-protective property and may be beneficial for you.

Since you also have fatty liver and for which, I would like to say that fatty liver is not alarming finding. It indicates fatty tissue deposition on the liver. Therefore I wouldn't be personally worried about this finding.

Generally, fatty liver condition is a kind of obesity. And it is completely reversible in the initial stages specially, by following below mentioned corrective measures.

1) Do regular exercise or brisk walk at least 30 minutes per day

2) Cessation of alcohol intake (if you are alcoholic)

3) Avoid junk foods and fast foods,

4) Also take low fat and high protein diet (Veg- Pulses, soya bean)

5) Take more fresh fruits and vegetables.

Hope this helps.
