Brief Answer:
Various suggestions for your skin condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the eczema over various parts of the skin.

In your kind of situation I prescribe Fluticasone cream ( Flutivate cream ) to my patients. It is a steroid based cream which is to be applied only at red areas. A pea size amount of cream is sufficient for palm size area of skin. I suggest my patients to use it for two times. It should not be used beyond 7 days.

I also suggest my patients to apply plenty of moisturization property cream ( such as Olesoft XXXXXXX or Venusia XXXXXXX cream). It could be applied for mutiple times a day and could be continued as long as the dry skin remains or even after that to maintain a good effect and prevent drying of skin.

Do not try to pinch or scratch any area of skin as it can lead to secondary infection.

I hope this helps.
