1. A sinus infection
2. Upper respiratory tract infection
3. Sinusitis (just inflammation of the sinus)
4. Ear infection

Either way, you may require some medical assistance. But it seems like your symptoms are just beginning; hopefully it is just a response to cold weather (if it is cold there), but if not then you may require some medical assistance.

Although each of the above mentioned conditions can have a different approach, I would only recommend some anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory to help with the pain and probably even help with the mild low feeling (e.g. tylenol, ibuprofen, etc.) as well.
