Brief Answer:
sebaceous cyst to be excised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

YOu seem to be having a sebaceous cyst of the scrotum wall. These are common and benign. As you said they are unsightly. That is not the way out to cut it open by yourself. You infect it and then it cause cellulitis. This can lead to loss of entire scrotum.

I suggest you to meet a surgeon who can safely excise the cyst with minimal loss and trauma under aseptic condition. This is the only method.

Please do not try yourself again to injure it further.
