Suggest Remedies For Continuous Cold

Question: I get cold everyday. Do know the exact reason for that. It will wont be there continuously. If there is dust I will get cold and start sneezing.
If I get continuous cold, until I take medicine it wont go.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
allergic rhinitis . In your case , dust triggers allergy . It can be controlled on medication , but difficult to cure completely . Use nasal mask in dusty environment .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Duonase nasal spray (Cipla) &
Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .

You will get relief .You will need prescription for nasal spray .

Since you are having chronic problem , get investigations done like CT Scan nose with sinuses & nose endoscopy to know the extend of disease in nose with sinuses , for turbinates enlargement & deviation of nasal septum .
