Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand that how debilitating pain can be as i have back pain too. I want you to know that back pain always has a cause and persistent chronic back pain is mostly due to spine compressing nerve roots coming out of it. I would suggest a visit to a spine or neurosurgeon, let them do some MRI scans of the spine, simple x rays of the spine, and localise the cause root of compression and then decide how to proceed with it. Meanwhile painkillers, goo dposture and physiotherapy will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
