Brief Answer:
Sun protection and red fruits.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.

You can continue to apply tacrolimus ointment over the affected area. The itching and burning sensation is due over application and running of ointment. I suggest my patients to apply very thinly overt the affected area. A pea size amount is sufficient for palm size area. Do not try to rub the ointment.

In my patients additionally I suggest to apply a cream containing allantoin with extractum cepae. I suggest this gel at night time.

Additionally a very important part is sun protection. Eat more if red fruits which help in better renewal of skin.

I hope this helps.

With regards,

Dr Sanjay Kanodia
