Brief Answer:
Ear plugs, chewing a gum and antihistamine pill...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you are asymptomatic and the ear drum is intact, I don't foresee complications with flight travel. However just to be cautious, I would prefer that you use an ear plug and chew a gum while take off and landing. Additionally you may also take a tablet of zyrtec (antihistamine) a single dose to maintain ear dryness.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
