Brief Answer:
freckles; sunscreen and pigment reducing cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you foe writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have read your query and i have reviewed the image.

These XXXXXXX to dark brown spots on face are Freckles which are due to melanocyte overactivity and are most common in sun exposed parts like face and neck specially in fair skinned individuals. They are harmless except that they may darken on sun exposure during summer.
I suggest you to use a XXXXXXX spectrum sunscreen throughout the day to protect them from sun.
In addition you may use a 2-4% hydrquinone cream or lotion ay night to lighten freckles. Hydroquinone acts by reducing the synthesis of new melanin.

Brief Answer:
Use cortisone cream twice daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Can you upload an image?

You seem to have sensitive skin which might have caused this side effect because hydrquinone has an irritation potential.
Discontinue hydroquinone for now. Use a soothing lotion e.g calamune lotion or a mild topical steroid e.g cortisone cream for 2-3 days.

Brief Answer:
Use a kojic acid based cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Once the irritation resolves you may use a Kojic acid based cream (Kojic cream) for reducing pigmented spots/ freckles.
Kojic acid is non-irritant as compared to hydroquinone cream.
In addition you must use a sunscreen throughout the day to augment action of pigment reducing cream.
