Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like furuncle a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotics.
A combination of oral doxycycline 100 mg daily once and ointment mupirocine to be applied twice daily for two weeks works well.
I would like to know few additional details.
1. Do you have diabetes or any other chronic disease ?
2. Are these lesions painful?
3. Since when you have these lesions ?
4. Are these lesions pus filled ?
Please answer the above so I can help you better.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
