Suggest Remedies For Arthritis In Hands And Joints

Question: XXXX i am a 51 year old female, I have arthritis in my hands/joints. My weight is 120lbs and I am active with my gym 5 days week. I am experiencing severe sweeping in my hand, feet/toes and face. I live on Big Island/Hawaii and thought it may be from the "VOG" this on set has been just a few weeks and today is extremely bad. I take no medications and I am past menopause. I am concerned however do not have health insurance for another 30 days as I am trying to obtain a new health plan.

I have one more question, with this onset of severe sudden swelling I also felt like I have a muscle spasm on my right side of my back. Today I can now tell it is my lung, I take a deep breath and get a stabbing pain and breathing normal i have a dull throbbing pain.

I feel as though something is attacking these area's from inside my body if that makes sense? I am certainly worried as this has never happened before. Thank you for your time reviewing my concerns.

Seems to be due to muscle spasm.

Thanks for writing back. A clinical examination is needed for confirmation but it is more likely that the pain is indeed due to a muscle spasm. If that is the case, taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits should help since they contain potassium which helps in proper contraction of muscles. You would also get relief on applying hot compress.
