Apart from iron and vitamin deficiency there are many causes for apthus ulcer like Autoimmine disorder, Inflammatory bowel disease, Celiac disease , Malabsorption syndrome and viral infection for which evaluation is required.

So I will suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist for evaluation. He may advise some blood tests, endoscopy and colonoscopy examination to find the cause for the same and then management accordingly.

Meanwhile continue with iron and multivitamin tablets

Also apply gel locally in oral cavity like triora which I found very useful in my patients with apthae ulcer
