Brief Answer:
Anxiety can lead to generalized symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Anxiety may present with varied symptoms like palpitations, tingling over body, pain or aches.
Decreased sleep may be a part.

You should take relaxation and meditation exercises.

You can get prescription from your treating doctor for anxiety too. Anxiety may lead to raised blood pressure too and so needs to be treated for eligibility for surgery.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Do get back to me for further queries.
Wishing you best wishes for surgery and early recovery.
