Brief Answer:
Important to identify the cause of pain...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Tooth pain is at times very severe and need more than one pain medicine. I suggest paracetamol + ibuprofen / diclofenac combination pills for such pain. One such drug brand is tab Imol plus. You may take this tablet twice a day after food. You will also benefit by antibiotic course - cap Augmentin 625mg thrice a day for 5 days.

Besides the medication it is important to identify the cause of teeth pain. It is possible this could be localised dental infection or other tooth problem. You should visit a dentist at the earliest.

Hope this helps.

Regards
