Question: Hi I have 9 mm calculus in Uretero Vesical Junction and global hyrdronephrosis. My doctor has given me medicine he is suggesting to go to a uro surgeon for surgery. I am also on blood thinner acitrom which I have not taken since two days, my doctor has said to not take acitrom for 7 days and then go for surgery.

Please guide me what procedure will be best. I don't want to go for surgery. Is 9 mm not easy to pass, the medicines won't dissolve it? list of medicines given.

Tab Neeri 2 tab thrice daily. alkasol solution 15 ml half cup water and tab drotin thrice after food. I have also attached my report. Impression in it is: LEFT HYRDRO NEPHROSIS WITH CALCULUS IN URETERO VESICAL JUNCTION.

Thanks in advance.
