Brief Answer:
Diet as below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
For iron, you should take green leafy vegetables, jaggery, groundnuts, and preferably cook vegetables in iron utensils.
In vegetarian diet, omega 3 fatty acids cannot be obtained. You need to take supplements like seacod capsule. These can have some side effects.
For protein, you should have a lot of milk and milk products, sprouts, gram and pulses.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
